If a candidate does not attempt the certification exam or skips it for personal reasons, we cannot be held responsible. To ensure fairness and prevent fraudulent refund claims, we maintain the following guidelines.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The candidate has used our study materials for at least 14 days prior to the exam attempt.
  • The candidate has attempted the certification exam and did not miss or skip it for personal reasons.
  • The product was purchased within the last 90 days.
  • All required documentation has been submitted for verification.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the request does not meet policy criteria or if any information is incomplete or inconsistent.

3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The candidate’s score is above the minimum threshold defined in this policy.
  • Incorrect or “wrong” product selection after the material has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Purchases made under promotional offers, special discounts, or limited-time deals.
  • Minor content issues such as spelling errors or formatting inconsistencies.
  • Cases where a customer opens a dispute or chargeback with the payment gateway without contacting us first.
  • Use of our materials for an exam that has been retired or discontinued by the certification provider.

4. Required Documentation for Refund Requests

  • A scanned copy of the official result or score report.

To speed up the verification process, candidates may include a short video recording showing:

  • Login to the official exam portal (e.g., VUE or vendor site).
  • Navigation to the exam results section.
  • Downloading or displaying the official exam result or score report.

This step is optional but may reduce processing time.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Once all required information is received, refund requests will be reviewed based on this policy. Approved refunds are typically processed within one (1) business day following verification.
